13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ACS Pakistan Chapter and its officers, representatives, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.
